Friday morning we were up bright and early, the booths at Swiss Days open at 8:00a.m., but you have to start the shopping off the right way.....by having the biggest scone you've ever had for breakfast. We shopped and shopped some more, did some 'people watching', and 3 hours later we were done, and we think we came away with some great purchases.
After our fun-filled day of shopping, lunch, and being lazy, the rest of our families made their way up to Midway. We've decided that it is crazy for all 14 of us to try and go to dinner anywhere in the small but lovely town of Heber. So we all went our separate ways, grabbed dinner, and met up at the park to eat. This was a brilliant idea, no crowds, the kids could be as loud as they wanted, and sweet entertainment at the park after.
Saturday (mom & dad) decided it would be fun to go back over to Swiss Days with the kids. What a great idea, thousands of shoppers & our kids, that should be WAY fun! But we did it, and the kids enjoyed some ghetto bouncy things & we all enjoyed a 'Swiss taco' for lunch. I guess it was fun! The rest of the afternoon was set aside for football & another visit to the park. Half of us left for home Saturday night, and we came home this afternoon.....a very fun weekend!

Looks like good times! We didn't end up going, I can't imagine from your description that a guy could possibly enjoy himself.
Your parents still look the same as they did 15 yrs ago...how is that possible?!!!
Tell them I said hello.
How fun! I've only been to Swiss days twice in my life. I always forget that it exists. I do remember having a yummy scone though.
I haven't blogged for a few weeks, so I'm a little behind. Great pictures!
