Goodbye August...

August came and went in a hurry, here's some of our activities...

Kids enjoy making labels and sticking then anywhere.

Some crazy Canadians left me some cute door decor.

A few last dips at the pool.

Yummy Reese!

One last Beez game.

Grandma & grandpa sent us our first Japanese package. It included lots of fun goodies, stickers, coloring books, and treats from Japan. Notice mom on the video phone watching the kids open their loot.

Paige and dad had a daddy/daughter date for activity day's.

Wendy came into town...we had some girl time.

A weekend getaway...Kotter's & Jamieson's are moving/have moved to Texas, so they arranged one final party.

We started with Ruth's Chris in Park City for dinner (YUM)!

Then hit the alpine slide...nobody wanted to go, so we bought treats at rocky mountain chocolate, and headed for Midway.

We laughed...

We had a Foosball competition (where we slaughtered the Nixon's).

We lounged...

The next morning the guys golfed, and we shopped and had lunch!

Then decided to do the alpine slide.

August was a lovely month...bring on September!

Goodbye Seven Peaks!

Our Seven Peaks Summer finally came to an end...we had some good times, so many in fact, that we've already bought our passes for next summer! Can't wait!

Our last few visits...

The Fair!

The County Fair is a tradition we always share with grandma...but since she couldn't fly from Japan to go with us, we invited our friends, and had ourselves some good times.

The 4 of us survived the 'Zipper'...this is my all time favorite carnival ride! Paige wanted to give it a try, and of course I was game. However...she didn't quite enjoy it as much as I did, but she was a trooper for giving it a go!

Besides sweating to death, stepping in animal poop, and paying too much for rides...the fair was a blast!
