A Birthday Party for Paige!

Today was miss Paige's birthday party with her friends! Not her official birthday yet (the 28th), just starting the partying early. Oh how I love 12 little girls running around the house. It was actually a lot of fun & I hope they had a good time too! Paige decided she wanted to do 'a day at the spa'....so our family room was transformed into 'The Hogan Salon', with manicures, pedicures, hair treatments, and a smoothie bar with strawberry margaritas or an orange julius! I would have been lost without help from my aunt Becky, sister in law Alaina, good friend Andrea, cousin Kaylie, and miss Ellie who ran around helping wherever she was needed......a big shout out to you all, THANK YOU so very much!

A Good Ole' Halloween Party!

Not much to say....the pictures say it all. After partying it up with Paige and her friends, my lover and I headed to the Mellen's for some food, laughter, and good times with friends! I do have to say I was surprised by everyone's enthusiasm to dress up, I thought for sure we would have some lamo's not in costume, but everyone stepped up to the plate and participated.

A Mini Birthday Party!

Jack's birthday is this Saturday, turning 3 is a big deal, however, I wasn't ready for a full-fledged birthday party. My thoughts are, 3 is a bit young. And, my friend Karly decided the same for her son Drew, who turned 4 today. After putting our brains together, we decided to have a mini party, and where else to celebrate than the place we frequent at least once a week....Chik-fil-A! So first, a big thanks to Karly, who pretty much did everything, and I just showed up! And second, thanks to all of our GREAT friends for their support. Always good times at Chik-fil-A!

Crazy Hair Day!

Today was 'crazy hair day' at school for the girls, so here's what they wanted.....6 ponytails each. I know, not very creative, but the best I could do with 30 minutes before the bus came!

Too Much America's Next Top Model!

Maybe my lover and I should stop letting the girls watch 'Top Model' with us, or possibly just Ellie. Last night the girls told us they had 'dolled' themselves up with make-up, clothing, and accessories. They each designed their own outfit, and here's what we got....

Oh Jack!

This is what happens when Jack has an accident and poops in his pull-ups, dad puts him in time out in the laundry room, and no nap! Don't mind the LARGE basket of whites....laundry, it's my never-ending battle!

And then he sleeps through the entire poop change....gotta love this kid!

He doesn't even look that big, at all! Geez, I'm potty training a 2 year old in a 6 year old's body!

A Lunch with the Margetts Girls!

It's been a while.......my dad has 3 brothers, and so the 4 of them together are 'not so good' at getting the Margetts side together. Luckily us girls stepped up to the plate with my cousin Jill being in town, and had a fun lunch at Cafe Rio. Thanks to Kara for taking these pictures, and for putting up with me and my immaturity during the photo session! She had no idea I was jumping in all the pictures......I thought I was funny, she didn't!
