Lazy Days....

Jack & I are all about hanging out these days, bagging rays at the pool, chilling at the park, & just being lazy!

I know.....quite the life!! To be 3 again, with no cares, no worries!

Mother's Day!

Oh how happy I am to be a mom....

I am so grateful for my wonderful children & for their patience and understanding of me! Being a mom is not always the easiest job, but it is by far the most rewarding job! What a fun day I had....hugs, kisses, cards, presents, & most importantly just being with my family!

And of course today allows me to reflect on my own wonderful mother! Where would I be without this crazy, silly, fun, thoughtful, beautiful mother of mine? Lost....and certainly not the wife, mother, and girl I am today! My mom is my best friend, confidant, laughing buddy, and #1 fan! I am so grateful that she is mine, & so thankful for her example of what a mother should be!!

Ellie's Partaaaay!

Oh how I love birthday parties! Ellie decided she wanted to go to 'The most awesome place EVER'....Classic Fun Center. It was actually not too bad, we ate pizza, opened presents, bounced, climbed, sweat, and had a great time with the karaoke machine all night! Good times!

Another Week Come & Gone!

After returning from Hawaii, we stepped right back into parenthood, and had a great week.

Starting with 'crazy hair day' at school for Jack.

And some Chick-fil-A after school with cousins.

Wonderful weather....so nice, Jack needed to take his shirt off.

Jack and I packed up a lunch and hit the park with friends, twice....bagged us some serious rays, so nice!

And the best event of the week.....WICKED!!

With some PF Changs to start the evening off right.

And these 2 ate way too much! This is how we found them after returning from the ladies room, dorks!

The show was amazing, such a great story, and so entertaining! I could see it over and over again....glad we pd the big bucks, our seats were wonderful!

Evan had a sleepover, and then 'hat day' at school for the boys.

The Buchanan's came for a BBQ, weather didn't allow for much outside fun, but we made the most of it with rock band, good food, and great company!

Mom & dad came over for Sunday dinner.

Fun week.....gotta love these crazies!!

Soccer Time!

We decided to let Jack have a go at soccer this spring, and Caiser volunteered to be the coach. Saturday was our first game, and of course it was freezing! The team is so cute, and they were great.....winning 4-1! Jack only played for the first few minutes, which is more than I thought he would (he's been telling us 'I am not playing soccer ball').....but he then thought it was funner to sit in the chair, snuggled in a blanket for the rest of the game....can't blame him!
