Birthday Celebrations!

So I LOVE my birthday.....I know, pathetic, but I do. And it doesn't matter to me that I'm getting older, it's still so fun! As I like to remind everyone/celebrate/party all month for my birthday, my wonderful friends were so great, and put together a few celebrations! Thank you to my lovely friends who deal with all my 'issues', and love me anyway.

Official Missionaries!

What a wonderful experience it was this week to go with my parents down town to be with them as they were set apart as full time missionaries. We were able to meet and visit with Elder Bednar & Elder Jensen, who gave my parents wonderful advice and made us as a family feel very comforted. It was a great experience & now one step closer to Japan.

One Last Lunch...

Today I had lunch with my mom, aunts, grandma, sister, and cousins. They all wanted to get together one last time for lunch before my parents leave. So we met at Goodwood and of course.....good times!! Beware....picture overload!

Gotta have one of these....

Farewell Time....

Sunday was mom & dad's farewell......They did such an amazing job speaking, and I am so proud to call them my parents! I've said this before, but the missionaries, members, and basically everyone in Fukuoka are so lucky to be getting my parents for 3 years! After singing, speaking, crying, and sharing their sweet testimonies with us, we headed to their house for a Partaaaaay! It was so great to visit with family and friends, and the rain, thunder, lightning and wind didn't stop the good times. What a great day!!

I've posted all 113 pics I took of family and friends on facebook.

Thanks to all who came and helped, it was a perfect day!

Breakfast & Tree Climbing!

Saturday Morning my in-laws took us to for some breakfast at Mimi's....so yum!

After breakfast we hit Costco to pick up the food for mom & dad's farewell...while dropping it off, the girls figured they should climb some trees.
